1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the UMM360 platform ("Service") operated by TransformatiQs Consulting Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UMM360 is an AI-powered business maturity assessment platform. The Service provides structured assessments, scoring, reports, and recommendations based on inputs provided by users. Assessments are available at Level 1 (Strategic), Level 2 (Operational), and Level 3 (Transactional) depth.
3. User Accounts & Registration
Access to the Service requires registration with a valid name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We use a one-time password (OTP) system for authentication — no passwords are stored.
4. Payments & Pricing
Assessment fees are charged per assessment based on the selected stage, entity type, and level. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Once a payment is confirmed and an assessment is initiated, the fee is non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, reports, frameworks, scoring methodologies, and materials generated by or available through UMM360 are the intellectual property of TransformatiQs Consulting Private Limited and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may use reports generated for your personal or internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of reports without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and assessment. You acknowledge that the quality and relevance of assessment results depend directly on the accuracy of inputs provided. UMM360 shall not be liable for inaccurate recommendations arising from incorrect or misleading inputs.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Assessment questions, scale labels, and reports are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or generalisations. Reports and recommendations are advisory in nature and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or consulting advice. You should seek qualified professional advice before making significant business decisions.
8. Data Usage
Business profile data and assessment responses are used solely to generate your personalised assessment report. We do not sell your data to third parties. Aggregated and anonymised data may be used to improve the platform. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransformatiQs Consulting Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific assessment giving rise to the claim.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
