1. Overview

At UMM360, each assessment involves real-time AI generation of personalised questions and reports, which incurs computational costs from the moment an assessment is initiated. Our refund policy reflects this reality while being fair to our customers.

2. When Refunds Are Issued

You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Assessment not started: You paid for an assessment but did not begin answering questions within 7 days of payment.
  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same assessment due to a payment gateway error.
  • Platform failure: A technical error on our end prevented question generation or report delivery, and we were unable to resolve it within 72 hours of your report request.

3. When Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • The assessment was completed and a report was successfully generated and delivered to your email
  • You are dissatisfied with the insights or recommendations in the report (report content is subjective and based on your own inputs)
  • You entered incorrect business profile information leading to irrelevant questions
  • You changed your mind after the assessment was started
  • You accidentally selected the wrong stage or level (please review your order carefully before payment)
  • More than 30 days have passed since the original payment date

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at connect@umm360.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [your result code or email]".

Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The result code or assessment ID (if available)
  • The payment reference number from your Razorpay receipt
  • A brief description of the reason for the refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking) via Razorpay. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or your financial institution.

6. Coupon Codes & Discounts

If you used a coupon code and paid ₹0 (full discount), no monetary refund is applicable. If a partial discount was applied, refunds will be for the net amount actually paid.

7. Cancellations

There is no cancellation option once payment is processed and an assessment is initiated, as AI resources are consumed immediately. If you need to pause or change your assessment, contact us before starting.
